Beauty & Health Ltd is an UK based company (since 2007) that now is establishing a department in Norway (2026). The company is offering our clients products for health, comfort and beauty. Many of these products are made by enthusiastic artists and producers.
Beauty & Health Ltd has a policy to support charity work and chosen in Norway is Barnas Brobygger, an organisation that has done charity work for almost 25 years.
The organisation
Barnas Brobygger was founded in 2003 and the founders have helped children of less fortunate families already long before the organisastion was registered in Norway.
In 2006 the organisastion expanded its work in Latvia, to also operate in Turkey. Today the main focus is Turkey, a country in huge changes. This country has moved from being a “third-world country” in the start of this millenium, into a nation of much better structure and financial position. However, due to the many crisis worldwide since 2012 and those hit much harder a country under such development than those that was already wealthy for a long time.
Therefore, Barnas Brobygger is a necessity here, and will unfortunately be so for a long, long time.
Barnas Brobygger has many members and others that donate money to the organisastion’s projects and decided in 2025 to reward all those who donate 200 NOK (and more) by giving them some nice Thank-you gifts.
Beauty & Health Ltd has selected some of many beautiful necklaces and donated a certain amount of these to Barnas Brobygger, to be used as these gifts.
How to donate and get your reward
This webshop is built totally for Barnas Brobygger and the organisastion’s donators, to make the process of donations and Thank-you gifts easier and faster.
Barnas Brobygger has for several years been using Vipps to collect donations and since Vipps has made a solution for webshops’ Checkout process, this has simplified the process also in the case of donations with Thank-you gifts.
By using “Vipps Checkout”, all donations are going directly to Barnas Brobygger’s bank account in Norway.
The “price” (donation amount) of each necklace is 200 NOK – included handling and all shipment cost.
If you want to donate more, you can choose more items. Donations from 1000 NOK will be rewarded with something extra.
In that case, please contact Barnas Brobygger first by mail takkegaver@barnasbrobygger.no and the special gift will be arranged based on the size of the donation.
You are also able to choose a gift card which can be a perfect present to someone who will appreciate “a gift with a meaning”, for Christmas, Valentine, birthday or any occation to celebrate with a gift.
Simply choose the wanted piece of jewellery and/or gift card, add it to the shopping basket and when you see that your wanted gift is there, go to Checkout (from Vipps).
Barnas Brobygger will send the gift as ordinary mail through Posten Norge and the gift will arrive directly in your mailbox.

The products
The jewellery is made of different alloys and the colours to choose from are Silvery, Golden and KC Golden. The difference between Golden and KC Golden is that Golden has a redder (copper) tone that makes the colour a bit more dominant than KC Golden, which is closer to the colour of pure gold.
In today’s production of alloys for jewellery, there is much less nickel used than before. Some parts are totally free of nickel but since a piece of jewellery is made from several parts, we have decided not to classify any jewellery as “allergy-free” or “allergy tested”.
The result of the reduced amount of nickel is that most people can use costume jewellery without any allergic reaction. However, some people have hyper-allergies that can be related to even microscopic amounts of nickel – and also other metals that are used in alloys. Therefore, it is impossible to classify one’s products as “allergy-free” and allergy tests for jewellery are based on just nickel or cobalt.
Treating jewellery
To keep your jewellery nice, shiny and free of damages, treat it with care. Clean it regularly with a soft cloth. Never use any form of chemicals or soap. This will weaken the surface and also leave layers that can give allergic reactions to your skin. Do not spray hair products or perfume on your jewellery, for the same reason.
We also recommend you not to wear costume jewellery necklaces during your nightly sleep.
Heavy sweating is another “enemy” to costume jewellery. Some people have a higher rate of acid in their sweat production than others and can only wear jewellery (and sunglasses) only for shorter periods.
